All Charlotte, TIPIT, and ES jewelry carries a 24-month warranty for workmanship and materials; however, customer wear-and-tear isn’t covered. Most orders process within 24 hours of being received, Sundays, and holidays excluded. In-stock items generally ship immediately, while custom orders and out-of-stock items may take 6 to 8 weeks. Our domestic shipping services include: FedEx Standard Overnight, USPS Express Mail, UPSP Priority Mail Insured, and USPS First Class Uninsured. First Class Mail Uninsured is for gift cards and product orders valued under $50 ONLY. Orders placed and shipped within New Mexico will be charged a sales tax of 8.4375%.
We currently offer International Priority Flat Rate shipping to Singapore, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and most countries in Europe. Please message us regarding shipping to any other countries.
We accept all major credit cards securely through paypal.com or our online merchant portal.
We will accept a cancellation within 48 hours of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder.
We offer a 90-day layaway program at no additional charge for your convenience. Use our layaway program to easily budget your jewelry payments with a plan that works for you. Our basic program requests a 30% down payment with the remaining balance payable within 90 days. Should you need an extended plan for a special piece, we would be happy to consider your requirements. Please get in touch with us in advance for any plan modifications.
We reserves the right to release the merchandise after the layaway term should the payment not be received in full, at which point all payments made will be converted into store credit. Such credits may be applied towards another purchase — store credits are valid for one year.
Layaway Cancellation: canceled layaway agreements before the end of term will incur a restocking fee of 10%, which is deducted from the deposit amount at the time of refund.
IN CASE OF ERRORS AND DISCREPANCIES
Because we create our jewelry with natural materials, exact colors and features such as iridescence may vary in small ways from what is shown in our images; each gemstone, pearl, and work of hand-enameling is unique. Jewelry may not be shown at its actual size. Prices and available inventory are subject to change. We cannot be responsible for typographical errors. However, we make every attempt to consistently provide accurate information, and we reserve the right to update our website with corrections as necessary.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
When you make a purchase through our website, we collect your name, billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card information so we can process your order. If you request a catalog, we collect your name, mailing address, and email address. Once we have collected an email address, we’ll send you our monthly e-newsletter informing you of product news and special offers. While you’re of course welcome to visit our website without providing any of the requested information, we can’t process an order for you, send you a catalog, or email you our newsletter without it.
HOW DO WE USE THE COLLECTED DATA?
