Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. All Charlotte, TIPIT, and ES jewelry carries a 24-month warranty for workmanship and materials; however, customer wear-and-tear isn’t covered. SHIPPING

Most orders process within 24 hours of being received, with the exception of Sundays and holidays. In-stock items generally ship immediately, while custom orders and out-of-stock items may take 6 to 8 weeks. We use USPS Priority Flat Rate insured shipping on every order within the U.S.; a signature may be required for delivery. Orders placed and shipped within New Mexico will be charged a sales tax of 8.4375%.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards securely through paypal.com or our online merchant portal.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will accept a cancellation within 48 hours of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder. 

 

IN CASE OF ERRORS AND DISCREPANCIES

Because we create our jewelry with natural materials, exact colors and features such as iridescence may vary in small ways from what is shown in our images; each gemstone, pearl, and work of hand-enameling is unique. Jewelry may not be shown at its actual size. Prices and available inventory are subject to change. We cannot be responsible for typographical errors.
