RETURNS

Whether you are returning merchandise for a refund, exchange, cleaning, repair, or for our GOLD to GOLD program, we require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We are very confident that our fine jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned jewelry must be in its original condition. Any items showing any signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage will not be refunded or exchanged. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded, and the return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept returns on special or custom orders; exchanges are for like items only (i.e., same item, different color or size). 

  1. Once you have received your RMA via email, place the merchandise in its original packaging and include a printed copy of the RMA.

  2. Return your items with tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmation. 

  3. If your merchandise return is eligible for a refund, it will be credited to the original form of payment.

  4. If your order contained a promotion, a return will result in the loss of any associated offer.

  5. Merchandise exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.

  6. We reserve the right to limit any return and/or charge a restocking fee if, at our sole discretion, we feel there has been an abuse of our return policy by the customer.

  7. Any RMA requested after 14 days will be denied a refund; however, your original purchase may be eligible for store merchandise credit. Store merchandise credit may be available for up to 90 days after the date of receipt.  

 

JEWELRY REPAIR

If you feel you have a piece in need of repair, a close inspection will be required to assess whether it will be covered under our warranty or it will incur a cost.

  1. Once you have received your RMA via email, securely package your items for return.

  2. Return your items with tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmation. 

  3. Please do not send any packaging (e.g., jewelry bag) you would like returned.

  4. If your item requires repair and is not covered by our warranty, a quote for the repairs will be sent to you before any work will be done.

  5. Once it has been repaired, you may be responsible for return shipping.

 

JEWELRY CLEANING

We encourage you to send your Charlotte, tipit, and ES jewelry to us for cleaning annually. We’ll check the integrity of your jewelry’s settings and its working components. The service is always complimentary; however, shipping both ways will be your responsibility.

  1. Once you have received your RMA via email, securely package your items for return.

  2. Return your items with tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmation. 

  3. Please do not send any packaging (e.g., jewelry bag) like you would like returned.

  4. Jewelry sent for cleaning is usually processed within 1-2 business days.

 

GOLD to GOLD

We will accept your jewelry metals, based on current market rates, in exchange for a credit that can apply to a new piece of jewelry from us — or to one specially created for you. Your reclaimed jewelry will be incorporated into future productions of our jewelry collections — an environmentally supportive process for rare and precious metals.

  1. We will accept your jewelry metals in 10-24k gold, platinum and palladium.

  2. Jewelry metals must be without stones:

    1. A service fee will be applied for removal, and stones will be returned at your expense.

  3. A photo of the pieces you intend to send must be included with your RMA request.

  4. Securely package your items and include a printed copy of the RMA.

  5. Do not send any packaging you'd like to be returned (e.g., jewelry bag).

  6. Ship with tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmation.

  7. An offer will be emailed to you for the value of your metals within 1-2 business days of receipt.

  8. If the offer is acceptable, a store credit will be issued to your house account and will be valid for 1 year.
